About the Exhibit:
An ongoing presentation of abstract and representational artwork as documented by artist travels to distant locations. Experiences of rich cultures and vibrant histories are recreated as out of the way places become more familiar to us.

These vivid images are as enticing as the blue seas, majestic temples, and exotic natives that are characteristic to places such as Japan, the Far East, and remote South Atlantic Islands. Artists such as Rolf Weijburg, Jorg Schmeisser and Susumu Endo are among the many who are celebrating the unique treasures found in foreign countries.
